Ready for the weekend!!

I can't believe tomorrow is finally Friday!! I am so happy!! What a week it has been!! I've had that nasty cold because the weather, (which I'm still tryin to get over) It has been a crazy week. Let's see last weekend was great.. we went to Marietta and Adam's family had a birthday thing for me! I would have never imagined that I could be happy again. Over the last 4 1/2 months his family has just opened their arms and welcomed me in in everyway!! I don't know what I would do without them. His mom is such a wonderful person. I can't wait until I can call her "mom". His sister Skyler is amazing! I look at her in awe. She is such a wonderful lady and I'm going to miss her a lot when her and Jonathan go to Africa. :( Everyone else up there are great too, but those (besides Adam) have made a big impact on my life. This week has been very long. I worked.. worked.. and worked it felt like. It was all probably because of being sick it felt so long. Tomorrow is Halloween and I am so glad Adam and I decided to stay in Lagrange and give out candy to trick-or-treaters. Neither one of us want to be out in the cold. We just got back for visiting with Kaydence and Kinsley. This week was Nicki's first week back at work. I can't believe how big those babies have gotten!! Nic said that Kaydence was staring off in space smiling. My mom told her that her Mawmaw was playing with her. (my mawmaw died two years ago) She also said that she was her angel protecting her. Sometimes I wish Mawmaw and Papa were still here so they could enjoy Kaydence and Kinsley, but then I think they helped picked out Kay and Kin for our family. They knew we could do twins again. This weekend is going to be very busy also. Saturday we are going back to Marietta. I can't wait!! Skyler and I are going to have a "girls night" while the guys go watch football!! We are coming back early Sunday afternoon because after about 74 years my Granddaddy is getting baptized!!!!! :) :) I hope everything is going well I have to get back to studying :( Biology test tomorrow..... the Ecology of Amphibians and Reptiles!!

At 6:30(Christi) and 6:44(me) tonight will be 19 years old!!! :)
I can't believe I am already 19 years old!! It seems crazy. Next year I'll be 20!! Whoa.. lol
I had the best weekend celebration for my birthday. On Friday, since it was also mine and Adam's 4 months we went to Olive Garden for lunch. I got the most wonderful present. He got me a ring with my initals engraved on the top. I loved it!! Friday night Demi spent the night with us. So we all decided we were going to watch a scary movie. So there was me, Adam, Demi, Christi, and Harrison all piled up in Christi's room watching Fear dot com. Me and Adam were laying on the floor so we came up with a plan to scare the other three.. Adam crawled on the side of the bed where Demi was. He grabbed her hand and they went screaming. It was so funny!!
On Saturday we got all dressed up and went to Atlanta and saw Wicked. It was amazing!!
Sunday we spent the day carving pumpkins. It was a blast. Today has been good so far. I only had two classes. I have to work from 3-6 but then when I get home Nicki, Jonathan, Kaydence, and Kinsley will be at my house!! :)

According to Nicki we had to celebrate today because Kaydence and Kinsley were exactly one month old!! They got all dressed up in their dresses, went to church, came to our house and ate, then went to Jonathan's work for a fish fry!! I can't believe a month ago today those precious babies just got here. They are just about 6lbs now!! When people see them they are like, "oh my gosh they are so little!" but to us... they are big!! Compared to how they were when they got here!! Here is a little something from their luncheon!! Lol..

A very sad week :(

so... on monday night i was at my great grandmas viewing when i got a phone call from adam. his dad had passed away. this has been a very long week because of all of this. i have been up in marietta all week. we are going back to lagrange tomorrow. i know this hasnt been easy for adam but we will get through this. so as you see no really great events of the week. maybe the weekend will be better!! :)

Stressful Weekend

Here's a good part of our weekend.. :)

Well are weekend was ok for the most part. On Friday we didn't end up going to the Homecoming game. We were WAY too busy. Relatives came in from California and we all went to my Grandma's house. Kaydence and Kinsley came to meet Great-Uncle Todd and Great-Aunt Nene for the first time. Austin(my 12 yr old cousin) was really scared to hold them. We all went to dinner at The Basil Leaf. It was really good!! On Saturday it was Grandma's wedding day. We all went to Glenloch Baptist church where our Grandmother married her boyfriend from 54 years ago. It was pretty cool. Their reception was held at Ruby Tuesday. After we all got back to Lagrange, since Grandma's house is bigger we all went over there. We ordered pizza and talked about a lot of stuff. Sunday morning we got awful news that my Great-Grandma (my dad's grandmother)(who was 101) passed away in her sleep. We have been getting stuff for that together today. Other than all of the stuff that happened I was happy I got to spend another great week with Adam!! :)
