Another weekend in Marietta

well friday after we left columbus adam and i went to marietta. we went to the kennesaw mountain v. harrison game.. it was ugly kennesaw lost :( on saturday we got up and adam had to go to the doctor to get some shots. it was so funny watching him. he doesnt like needles. i was getting a kick out of it!! so he got a big boy breakfest at ihop afterward. christi, mom, and dad came up to marietta to go car shopping.. but turns out no car :( oh yeah me and christi are both getting new cars hopefully before our birthday :) but our car.. well it kinda went to heaven and doesnt want to come back. we are currently driving mom's car... saturday afternoon me and mrs sheri went and saw Night at the Rodanthe (richard gere and diane lane) it was SO sad!! i texted adam like a million times after we got out before he texted me back. movies life that make you cherish the things in your life. saturday night we watched the georgia v. alabama game. WE WERE NOT HAPPY AT ALL!! it was crazy!! i was so mad about it i went to bed as soon as it went off. today we went to church. after church we went and ate with david and hannah. they are really cool. after that we headed back to lagrange. it was a fun weekend!! im not ready for the school week but excited about next weekend!!

What a weekend

I had a great weekend!! Another fun filled weekend in Marietta!! :) I love going up there! On Friday Adam and I went to Nicki's house to see Kaydence and Kinsley. While we were there Nicki made Adam put together the changing table. It was on back order and finally came in. That was fun watching!! Saturday we got up and headed to the farm. We met Mrs. Sheri then we started our way to Marietta. Christi actually went with us this weekend. When we got to Marietta we went to Bookal's house and hung out for a little while . Then we went to The Avenue and went shopping. We all got great stuff!! Conrad invited us to come to his house to watch the Georgia game so we went and cheered on the Dawgs!! :) :) Sunday we went to church and then to the church wide picnic. I love hanging out with Adam's friends. After that it was time to say goodbye and come back to Lagrange.
So today was the usual.. MONDAY!!! A test in history which wasn't too bad, getting an essay paper back, and having to study for philosophy. This week should be fun! Ha.. kidding
Tuesday work :( 9-6
Wednesday school.. ALL DAY
Thursday.. Convocation for CSU. Don't know what it is, but all freshmen have to go!! Then spending the night in Columbus with some friends.
Friday.. school ALL DAY!! Then heading to Marietta again for the Kennesaw Mountain v. Harrison game!! :)
Saturday and Sunday.. quality time with Adam :)
It's going to be a busy week, but worth it when the weekend comes!! Until next time!!

1 Week Photo Shoot

Today was Kaydence and Kinsley's 1 week old photo shoot. Tracy Thompson does such a great job!!

This was the very first picture we got with them laying together. We can't find a single thing to tell us a difference between them, even though they are not identical. Kinsley is on the left and Kaydence is on the right!!

Well so I was sitting in class today actually paying attention when my phone started ringing. It was my mom. I knew she wouldn't be calling me unless it was something important. Nicki's doctor appointment today showed that she was 3 centimeters dialated. They were sending her the the hospital for a c-section at 4:30pm. So at 5:13 little Kaydence was born. She weighed 4lbs and 14oz and was 18 1/2 inches long. Not too long after that at 5:14 her little sister Kinlsey came. She weighed 4lbs 12oz and was 18 inches long. Both babies are perfect and healthy!! Mom is doing great!! A little groggy from the section, but extremely happy!! I love my little nieces!! :)

Updates

So this week we've hit a few bumps along the road on the way to delivering on the 25th. Nicki is only 35 weeks. As of September 10 Kaydence weighed 5lbs 12oz (which is how much I weighed when I was born at 38 weeks) and Kinsley weighed 5lbs 6oz. Dr. Somoto in Atlanta requested that they we delivered next week. Nicki goes to Dr. Naik tomorrow to set what day next week. Nicki wants to do it in the 16th. Maybe my next post will be beautiful babies!! :)

Kaydence and Kinsley will be here September 25!!

Well we got some great news this last week. Kaydence and Kinsley will be here on September 25 around noon. :) Nicki had her last baby shower last Sunday at the church. SHe finally has erverything but babies!! Only 17 more days!! :) She goes to the doctor in Atlanta on Wednesday to find out how much they weigh. We are guessing around 5lbs a piece!!
On other news school is going really good. I'm looking forward to the next break though. I thought college was going to be really hard, but it isn't at all. YOu just have to make sure you study.
Adam and I are doing wonderful!! I am so happy with him. I can't believe i found him. When I'm with him I'm happy, and when I am not with him I am sad.
Life couldn't be better!! :)
